Terms of Service

Contracting entity: 3 Mega LLC (Georgia, USA · est. 2019), d/b/a BantuNomics.

These Terms govern use of the BantuNomics FSI website and APIs. Commercial data licensing is governed by the Master Data License Agreement described below.

The operative agreement

The commercial relationship is governed by a Master Data License Agreement (MDLA) and an accompanying Data Processing Agreement (DPA), which set out the license scope (Evaluation vs. Full Annual Subscription), permitted uses (training, evaluation, derivative models), restrictions (no redistribution, no re-identification), consent and data-handling obligations, warranties, indemnity, term, and pricing.

Status

These documents are being finalized with counsel and are provided to partners under diligence in the secure data room. To review the current drafts, request the data room at sales@bantunomics.com.
